September Retreat, New Eden retreat centre. Netherlands
The purpose of this retreat is to support us to soften our hearts to be fertile to the receive seeds of love and truth.
To do this we need to understand how our hearts have become brittle and protected from our ancestral trauma, unprocessed childhood pain, false beliefs and resistance to feeling our emotions.
Each day, we will be practicing together to soften into our feelings, and to understand and sense our resistance. There will be some practical theory intertwined into the embodied practice of being in circle together. We will also be using a gentle form of breathwork to assist the practice which is a new addition to the retreats.
Learning to be in our bodies and stay connected to how we are feeling, is a simple practice and yet can have far reaching effects. This is actually the foundation stone of what can open up to a spiritual path of continued soul development. When we begin to soften our hearts we can also begin to really understand and feel how love and truth are the essential ingredients in our progression.
This retreat is facilitated by James Benzing with support from Hannah Green (hannahgreentherapy.com).
The retreat begins at 19:00 on Thursday 12th and ends at 16.00 on Sunday 15th September 2023.
Cost: 350 Euros for accomadation, hire of the communal room, meals, food, coffee and tea.
I am offering my time on a donation basis and at the end of the retreat there will be an opportunity to give what you want to.
